Quotes given from photos and written details are estimates based on the information supplied. If site conditions differ once work begins, the price may be revised and agreed with you before continuing.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Where materials are supplied by R Clare Brickwork & Co Ltd, a deposit may be required to cover them. Start dates are given in good faith and can be affected by weather and preceding trades.

All work is carried out to industry standards by qualified, fully insured tradesmen. Any defects in workmanship reported within 12 months of completion will be put right at no cost, excluding damage caused by third parties, movement or misuse.
